Some stayed at room temp and some were refrigerated for a year. We did the same thing a year later. The room temp bottles and cans were put in the refrigerator the night before the episode to chill them down. These were all tasted blind. If you are a brewer, distributor, or retailer, this is that one episode you should check out.
Our science experiment included taking 3 well recognized hoppy beers that we know and love:
Pale Ale – American Pale Ale brewed with Cascade hops 5.6% ABV Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, Chico CA
