SIPS – On this episode we discuss whiskey that is finished in a honey cask. There has been quite the buzz about this type of product lately and this is because the production process was altered by the iconic release of Belle Meade Honey Cask. We take a look at 12 of these products in an epic blind tasting, rank our top 5, and rate everything. We’ll talk about the challenging process to replicate, why this is so difficult to do well, and you’ll be shocked at some of the choices in the Top 5. We will be discussing this honey cask finished whiskies and rating them from 1-5 with 5 being the best:

Barger was the most expendable cast member but failed to wear the proper wardrobe.
